IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure you are logging in to the new portal with your email address and new password:

If you have not registered for the new portal by setting up your new password, look for an email from "Zurich Onboarding" sent in April (and check your spam folder). If you are unable to locate the email, you receive a message indicating your registration link has expired, or you are unable to log in, please contact Zurich customer service at 888-805-1594, option 3.
